I enjoy doing commissions of people, pets, and landscapes. The price for a commissioned piece varies based on size, subject matter and complexity (for example, more than one subject or other important details to be included), and cropping (hands or a full figure in the piece).

I can paint from photos or from life. The subject’s time, availability, and patience is the biggest challenge when considering working from life!.

Oil paint needs time to dry between sessions, so a finished commission takes a number of weeks to complete, depending on size.
